Health  Coaching

Maybe you are just looking to piece together all the pieces of fitness to get consistent progress that matches your goals. With online health coaching we will meet two times per month virtually  and analyze your progress to ensure good habits, nutritional progress, and growth. I was so excited and surprised to win second place in Humotive’s eight-week weight loss challenge. I had been trying to get to a certain weight for quite some time and not only did I reach that weight, I surpassed it. I feel so much better and I noticed that I haven’t had certain symptoms such as swollen ankles since the weight loss.

At age 70, I wasn’t exactly thrilled  to start a consistent workout routine but working with Andrew is great! He challenges you but also explains what to expect.  He mixes up the routines so you never get bored with the same old exercises. He  has a good personality but also an eagle eye so don’t try to get anything past him. I now have a new weight loss goal and I can hardly wait for the next weight loss challenge to begin.
